Welcome to Hirecamp Academy (accessible via hirecampacaademy.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to providing top-quality upskilling courses, career guidance, and job assistance programs.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website, learning portal, educational bootcamps, and related digital services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this document carefully before using our platform.

By registering for an account, purchasing a course, enrolling in a training bootcamp, or interacting with our website in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an employer, corporate entity, or legal sponsor, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or have explicit parental/guardian consent if you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal and educational information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials (username and password).
• Promptly notify us at support@hirecampacaademy.com of any unauthorized account access or safety breach.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your registered account.

When you enroll in any bootcamp, course, or upskilling track at Hirecamp Academy, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course materials, video lectures, coding exercises, and resources solely for your personal, non-commercial education.

Strict Access Restrictions:

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You may not share your login credentials or provide access to course resources to any third party.
• You may not download, scrape, copy, distribute, transmit, stream, sell, or exploit any course materials without our express written permission.
• Any violation of these license limits will result in immediate termination of account access without a refund, and may subject you to legal liability.

Course fees are displayed clearly on our pricing page and checkout portals. All fees are payable in the designated currency and must be cleared prior to gaining access to the learning modules.

• Installment Plans: If you choose an installment payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time. Failure to pay any installment will result in temporary suspension of course access until the account is cleared.
• Taxes: All course fees are subject to applicable regional taxes (including Goods and Services Tax / GST where applicable) which will be added at checkout.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify our course fees, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without retroactive adjustments to past purchases.

All content hosted, delivered, or produced by Hirecamp Academy—including but not limited to slide decks, videos, curriculum structures, assessment questions, code samples, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, and proprietary upskilling methodologies—is the exclusive intellectual property of Hirecamp Academy or its content licensors.

Your enrollment gives you no ownership rights over our materials. Any unauthorized replication, modifying, reverse engineering, or resale of our contents is a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws and will be prosecuted under governing regulations.

We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive, high-standard professional environment. In all interactions with instructors, mentors, support staff, and peer students, you agree to abide by our Code of Conduct:

• Plagiarism & Cheating: You must write your own code and complete your own assignments. Submitting plagiarized solutions, copying directly from classmates, or using generative tools to bypass learning outcomes is grounds for dismissal.
• Harassment-Free Space: Any form of verbal abuse, hate speech, sexual harassment, trolling, spamming, or discrimination in Slack channels, Discord servers, Zoom sessions, or platform forums is strictly prohibited.
• Professionalism: Respect student-instructor boundaries and maintain constructive feedback cycles during group evaluations or mock interviews.

Many of our courses include placement assistance, resume building, and mock interviews to prepare you for hiring cycles with our recruitment partners.

• No Job Guarantee: Unless you are signed under a separate, formal "Income Share Agreement" (ISA) or a specific "Job Guarantee Program" contract outlining exact criteria, enrollment in our courses does not guarantee job placement, employment, or a specific salary bracket.
• Student Responsibility: Placement assistance is a joint effort. To qualify for job referrals, you must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 85% in live classes, complete 90% of assignments on time, pass mock evaluations, and actively participate in scheduled recruitment drives.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRECAMP ACADEMY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE COURSE MATERIALS OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE FREE OF INTERRUPTIONS, ERRORS, OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HIRECAMP ACADEMY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY) ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS, THE SITE OR ITS COURSES.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform, courses, community channels, and placement support at our sole discretion, without notice or refund, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms or our Code of Conduct.
• You fail to pay course fees or installment dues within the specified period.
• You participate in actions that damage the reputation or digital systems of Hirecamp Academy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or our courses shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a revision is substantial, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access our Services after revisions become active, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
